Executive Leadership
Alison Banziger
Co-Founder, Community Relations
Alison leads the company's community relations efforts. She brings more than 16 years of experience in the IT professional services industry to the ChumBonus executive team. In her role, Alison is responsible for identifying and building our Charity Donation Program that is offered to our client and user base. Our goal is to take this charity initiative to a global level so that we can give back to communities in need.
In addition to her role at ChumBonus, Alison also serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of xScion Solutions. Started in 2002 as a woman-owned professional services and solutions firm, xScion offers Project Management, Business Analysis and Software Development services to commercial clientele in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Alison's current role at xScion includes establishing corporate objectives and vision, management, business development and overseeing all recruiting efforts.
Prior to founding xScion, Alison served as Recruiting Director for Cysive Inc., a high-end enterprise solutions and software product company. While at Cysive, she effectively managed a recruiting team for the company's western region including offices in California, Colorado and Illinois. Her team focused on identifying and hiring top-tier enterprise architects, managers and engineers for their consulting and product solutions groups.
Before working at Cysive, Alison worked for various software consulting firms including Noblestar, Spectrum Technology Group and IMI Systems. She was first introduced to the information technology world while working for IMI Systems Inc., a global software consulting organization. She began as a Recruiting Administrator and quickly advanced to Recruiting Manager for the Washington, DC branch.
Alison is an active member of Women In Technology and the Society for Human Resource Management. Outside the office, Alison enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and competing in local triathlons.
Barry Dwyer
Co-Founder, Sales & Member Relations
Barry manages the company's member relations program from the company's "chums" to employer relations. Prior to founding ChumBonus, Barry spent more than 20 years in the IT professional services industry. His background covers all facets of this business including operational leadership and management, sales and sales management, recruiting, Human Resources, Quality Assurance (ISO 9000), project management and software development.
In addition to his role at ChumBonus, Barry also serves as a partner at xScion, a leading IT professional services firm. In this capacity, he is responsible for business development, service delivery and operational management.
Barry's career started at IMI Systems where he worked for 13 years. During this period, Barry performed as a consultant to Chase Manhattan Bank and Merrill Lynch and others, held sales and sales management roles and eventually was responsible for the 200 person Washington region as Vice President. Following IMI, Barry joined Acuity Technology Services where he was Chief Operating Officer where he was a member of the executive management team and participated in all day-to-day functional management as well as service delivery. Acuity merged with Metro Information Services, which was purchased by Keane. Through these transitions, Barry fulfilled Managing Director and other roles focused on Business Development, Operations Management and Service Delivery.
Barry is currently President of the Ashburn Ruritan Club. The Ruritans award scholarships to over 20 students in the Ashburn area each year and support underprivileged students by paying for such needs as dental work and eye glasses.
Nic Perez
Co-founder, Technology
As the technology leader at ChumBonus, Nic directs the company on all facets of technology with an eye toward innovation, simplicity, crowd enabling the UI, the design and the core technology. With more than 20 years experience in the technology industry, Nic is responsible for managing the company's technology decisions and architecture.
Passionate about technology and its possibilities, Nic was a consultant for 14 years with many industry leading internet enablers, such as Netscape Communications, Charles Schwab and America Online. Before co-founding ChumBonus, Nic was a Technical Director in charge of the CrowdSourcing development program within AOL. The crowdsourced development program implemented many projects across the entire AOL organization, one's that are used by millions of users each day.
Nic has always had technical influence with causes and the greater good. Nic was the web team-lead for the American Red Cross's Biomedical Divisions NBCS project and assisted the founders of Vehicle Donation to any Charity (www.v-dac.com) as the technical architect of their site.
Dinorh Dorsey
Account Manager
Dinorh is an Account Manager with ChumBonus, who brings to the table several years of experience within Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Dinorh's sales experience allows her to successfully identify potential clients, continuously generate leads and offer ChumBonus' many services like job postings, resume screenings, background checks and initial phone interviews.
Before joining the ChumBonus team, Dinorh was a Business Development Analyst at a leading IT firm, responsible for bringing in new business with clients such as Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile, Verizon, Charter Communications and Qwest. She also conducted industry analyses to persuade the direction of growth and development for the company based on trends within the Operational Management market with clients Terramark, Symantec, SunRocket and PCCW.
Dinorh is talented at building a rapport with key decision makers, and is known as a trusted advisor and expert in best of breed.
In her free time, Dinorh enjoys helping soldiers' families and raising money for those in the United States Military and spending time with her family.
Traci Deveau
Director, Social Marketing and Outreach
Traci is an accomplished and innovative professional with over fifteen years of results-oriented human resources, marketing and sales experience. Her forte is leading the adoption of smart and strategic organizational solutions in order to meet key business objectives and provide an environment for growth.
She has a proven track record of success when it comes to delivering on cost-efficient solutions for multiple human resources programs while keeping a close eye on ROI expectations, knowing that bottom-line cost cutting is a priority for today's businesses.
Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: marketing, employer branding, developing benchmark recruiting strategies, HRIS software integration and training, benefit program facilitation, performance management, conflict resolution, and training as well as administering/maintaining compliance with Federal COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, and EEO regulations. In addition, Traci offers a broad knowledge of labor relations, compensation, training and background screening and assessment.
Traci is a member of National SHRM, The HR Florida State Council, Central Florida Human Resources Association, Orlando Chamber of Commerce and the Mid-Florida Economic Development Commission.
